Luc R. Saint-Genies is an Associate at Prime Policy Group and serves as the Strategic Coordinator to the firm’s Vice Chairman, Tom Reed. In this capacity, Luc serves as a key advisor, and manages his operations and client relationships, social media, thought leadership, as well as all external and media engagements. As a member of the research team, he monitors and analyzes legislation and federal regulations, produces actionable insights for clients, manages client fly-ins, and manages a portfolio of client work and relationships.

Luc joined Prime from BCW where he was the Acting Chief of Staff to the CEO, Kristine Boyden, concurrently serving as Chief of Staff to the President for the Mid-Atlantic/South Region. He began his career at BCW as a Senior Account Executive and Strategist and focused on non-profit, public sector and defenseclients, and is proud to have led the strategy and insights for the Cannes award-winning pro-bono Brady Assault Weapons Ban campaign.

Previously, Luc served in the Office of NASA Administrator Bill Nelson, and during the 2020 campaign cycle on the core campaign team of Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (FL-20). He also has experience working in state and county government and bipartisan think tanks. In between his campaign and federal experiences, Luc was in the United States Air Force ROTC Detachment 130, leading Washington, DC’s only officer-candidate honor guard, and serving in the Andrews Air Force Base AFWERX Office. The Detachment 130 Honor Guard performed and rendered ceremonial honors to the Vice President, Members of the Cabinet, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and over 100 elected and appointed officials.

Currently, Luc leads Brady United’s Washington, DC State Executive Committee, working to end gun violence in our nation’s capital. He is a member of the Civil Air Patrol since 2016 and served as volunteer EMT in Prince George’s County, MD. In 2023, Luc was publicly recognized by DC Mayor Muriel Bowser for Heroism and Lifesaving, and in 2021, received the American Veteran’s Award whilst in Air Force Det. 130.

Luc is a member of the National Press Club, the Chief of Staff Network, the Florida State Society, Expectation Church Member’s Board, and a former voting member of the United Nations Space Generation Advisory Council.

A proud first-generation American, Luc was born at BAE Warton in the UK, and grew up in Paris, France and later, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He attended George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and is continuing his studies at Georgetown University. He resides in Vienna, VA withhis wife, Gabriela, and highly spirited Golden Retriever, Sushi.
