Rich returns to Prime after serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at Credit Union National Association (CUNA).Rich brings more than 25 years of legislative, regulatory, political and public relations strategy expertise to work for Washington’s premier bipartisan government relations and consulting firm. He spent more than 14 years in senior positions on Capitol Hill, including Chief of Staff for the House Budget Committee, where he was the Committee’s principal liaison to House and Senate leadership and the Executive Branch.
