Taylor as Client Staff Assistant.Bailey Promotion. Bailey, who has served as a Director of the firm, focuses his practice on energy and transportation policy, and manages the representation of clients in the utility and commercial aviation sectors. He has a reputation for working effectively across party lines, and serves as a trusted advisor to corporate, trade association and nonprofit clients on a wide range of issues before Congress and federal agencies. Prior to joining Prime, Bailey served on the legislative staff of Senator Evan Bayh, and as Legislative Director for Reps. Nick J. Rahall II and Baron P. Taylor is joining Prime’s legislative and policy research team. Taylor, who is fluent in German and Bulgarian, served as a consular intern for the U.S. Embassy in Berlin, Germany, reporting directly to the Consul General. He was a page in the South Carolina General Assembly, and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina. “Owen experiences living and working in Germany and the Balkans provide a unique perspective on an important part of the globe,” said Pastrick. “Working closely with Prime Policy Transatlantic Group and former Congressman/Executive Vice President John Tanner, we welcome Owen as an essential part of our team.”
